What Do Veho Drivers Deliver? Packages and Routes Explained
Veho drivers deliver packages for online retailers and subscription businesses, including meal kits. The work is not limited to food: Veho also serves categories such as clothing, beauty products, electronics and pet food. The mix on an individual route can differ, so do not assume every pickup will consist of the same kind of box.
What kinds of packages does Veho deliver?
Veho’s official industries page lists apparel and fashion, health and wellness, beauty and personal care, consumer electronics, pet food, subscription products and groceries. It specifically mentions temperature-sensitive meal kits. Those are categories the company serves, not a guarantee about the contents of a driver’s next route.
The Veho homepage displays brands including HelloFresh, Warby Parker, Stitch Fix, Nespresso and Zara. Brand relationships do not tell you which packages are available at a particular warehouse on a particular day. Treat the route information in the driver app as the relevant information for your own work.
Is Veho restaurant delivery or grocery shopping?
Veho’s driver offering centers on package routes collected through warehouse pickups. That is a different workflow from choosing products from grocery shelves or waiting for a restaurant to prepare an individual meal. A meal-kit box is a packaged shipment, even though it contains food.
For comparison, our Shipt shopper guide explains shop-and-deliver work. If you prefer collecting packages over shopping for items, compare the complete route commitment with the time you have available.
How does a Veho route work?
Veho’s driver page describes choosing routes, timing and earnings, with warehouse pickups. Its official driver app listing says drivers can see hours and earnings upfront and deliver same-day and next-day packages. Read the current offer and pickup instructions in your account before committing.
A practical way to evaluate that work is to break it into four parts: getting to the warehouse, collecting and organizing packages, completing the delivery stops, and traveling from the final stop to wherever you need to go next. The time between the first and last delivery is only part of the commitment.
My first Veho pickup involved a 45-minute warehouse wait before I started delivering. That is from my October 2024 account, not a typical wait-time estimate. It is why I would count the warehouse visit when deciding whether a route fits my day.
Will the packages fit in my car?
Veho’s driver page lists age 25 or older, a valid license and insurance. Its vehicle wording differs: the signup summary says midsize sedan or larger, while the FAQ says large sedan or bigger. The FAQ also requires a hard cover for a pickup truck’s bed. Confirm your vehicle with Veho before relying on either size description. All route packages must fit. As a preparation checklist, clear unnecessary items out of the cargo area, keep visibility unobstructed and avoid placing heavy boxes on fragile packages. Do not open customer parcels to inspect their contents. Follow the app, label and warehouse handling instructions, especially for shipments marked for particular care.
How many packages are on a route?
There is no route count established by the public sources used for this guide that should be treated as a universal rule. Look at the specific route offered to you. Package count alone is also an incomplete measure: several deliveries to nearby houses can involve different work from the same number of deliveries spread across apartments or a larger area.
When comparing routes, consider pickup travel, the delivery area, any available stop information, estimated duration, payout and where the route finishes. Record your actual results after delivery so your next decision is based on your experience in that market.
A route comparison that includes the trip home
Illustrative example, not a Veho pay quote: suppose a route pays $80. You spend 20 minutes reaching pickup, 25 minutes collecting and loading, three hours delivering and 35 minutes returning. That is four hours and 20 minutes in total, producing about $18.46 per hour before expenses. Looking only at the three delivery hours would produce $26.67 per hour and overlook 80 minutes of your time.
If the complete trip uses 70 miles, the same $80 is about $1.14 per mile before expenses. Neither figure is net profit. Use the actual payout, time and distance from your own completed work rather than treating a hypothetical example as an earnings expectation. Our gig-driver beginner’s guide explains these comparisons in more detail.
Does Veho deliver HelloFresh?
Veho lists HelloFresh among the brands on its website and specifically describes meal-kit deliveries in its industry information. That does not mean every HelloFresh shipment uses Veho or that every Veho route carries HelloFresh boxes. For a particular shipment, use its tracking information.
Are you looking for your own package?
If you are a recipient rather than a driver, use Veho’s package tracking page and the support options associated with the shipment. Gigs Driver is an independent information site and cannot locate parcels or access Veho driver accounts.
